Antique rugs frequently find their way to Crazy as a Loom.
They are usually dirty, they are torn, they have holes. But the fabric is usually still charming. Their primitive
appeal is timeless. Below is a sample of what
I call reweaving. The old rug was gently laundered, then carefully taken apart. The fabric pieces were rewound,
sewn together when necessary, and rewoven on a new poly cotton warp, giving this hand woven rug a new life. There will occasionally be rugs like this for sale, I have a pile that
